All items purchased from RoseLaneAntiques.co.uk come to you in a quality gift-box suitable for the purpose, whether you are keeping the item for yourself, or giving it as a gift to someone else.

We usually post purchased items within 3 to 5 days from the order date. Exceptions to this are caused by Bank Holiday long weekends, holidays between Christmas and New Year, or the company RoseLaneAntiques.co.uk being closed for a vacation. However, we will endeavour to send the goods purchased as soon as possible.

Security of your information and transactions is paramount to our business. Therefore, confidential information in transit from your computer to our computer is protected by security protocols. We do not sell on, or dispose of your personal details to any third party. If you prefer, you may phone us with your order, as we process credit and debit cards using a secure server. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from RoseLaneAntiques.co.uk, because you feel it is not as described, you may exchange or return the said item(s) within 7 days from the receipt of goods for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original packing and in complete condition. No refunds can be given for any item that has been sized or tampered with in any way whatsoever. Shipping costs are not refundable unless by prior arrangement.

Please use all original packing and boxes, and insured postal methods via Royal Mail. We will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit with any other carrier.

Please do not forget that gemstones and pearls are natural materials, and do have their own individuality. Some gemstones are often heated, or have minute fissures impregnated with a colourless oil, or similar colourless medium to improve their appearance.

Antique jewellery also cannot be assumed to be in 100% condition. By nature of its age, there may be blemishes or slight wear on an antique, and this patina can add to the charm of individual items. However, RoseLaneAntiques.co.uk does not sell sub-standard items of antique or vintage jewellery, and all items sold are in good to fine condition.
